Gujarat Integrated Tribal Education Project

In order to reduce the additional efforts, cost and time consumed in separately managing the resources of the schools running at a single location, GSTES has introduced the concept of integrated schools. Schools in a common location share their physical resources such as playground, library, computer lab, dining hall, audio-video room, assembly hall, kitchen, etc. As a result of the integrated use of facilities, there is a considerable amount of saving in terms of cost and efforts and better utilization of human resources.

After the complete integration of schools, all administrative affairs will be commonly dealt by Campus Administrator while Campus Head Master will look after the academic aspects. However, accounts of each school will be maintained separately. The Integrated School Concept is being implemented in a large number of schools and has led to the simplification of overall administration and saving of time.
